What are your shipping charges?
All Orders are delivered free of carriage when spending over £100 + VAT
Carriage for UK Mainland orders under £100 (Ex VAT) will incur a charge of £8 (Ex VAT).
UK Offshore (Excludes Northern Ireland) and Highlands orders would be charged at £14+Vat per item.
For delivering into Europe, please get in touch, as this will be quoted per individual job.
When is the cut off point for next working day delivery?
The cut off point for Next Working Day Delivery is 2pm each day. If goods are ordered on a Friday after 2pm, they will be delivered the following Tuesday (Excluding Bank Holiday Weekends).
Approximately when will my delivery arrive?
If you have ordered before 2pm, you will receive your order the following working day (excluding highlands and islands which are approx. 3-5 working days from despatch).
Your goods will be delivered by a courier service between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If you require an AM delivery or Saturday AM Delivery this can be arranged at an extra cost.
European deliveries approx 4-5 working days.
Offshore UK approx 3-4 Working Days.
Scottish Highlands approx 2-3 Working Days.
Can I collect my order from you?
Yes, we are located just outside Sheffield, in Dronfield. You are welcome to collect your order if you are based near our distribution centre. Please be aware you need to Contact Us if you would like to collect, then we can agree a date and time for collection to suit both parties.
Please note, we require payment prior to collection. Payment can be made via any of the accepted payment methods. If you want to pay via our website online, ensure you have written in the customer note section to specify that you will be collecting – this will then prevent us dispatching your order. We do not accept cash on collection.
Will tracking information be provided for my order?
Yes, you will receive tracking information with your order confirmation, it will specify the courier your order is coming with and a consignment number.
Can specific delivery days be scheduled?
When ordering please specify the particular date (Mon – Fri) you would like to receive your order, please use the customer notes section for this and we will endeavour to ensure your delivery arrives on your specified date.
Can my order be rescheduled once it is placed?
Your order can be rescheduled once it has been placed, but only if we are contacted prior to dispatch on the day the order is placed.
How can I amend my delivery/contact details, if entered incorrectly?
To amend your delivery or contact details please contact us by phone or email before 2pm on the day the order was placed. This is the most effective way of amending this information before your order is shipped.
