Our Festive Delivery Service

While our standard service offers next working day delivery to the UK mainland on orders placed before 2pm, things work a little differently over Christmas. Couriers are working on limited days, which are reflected in the Delivery Schedule above.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid delays—especially if you need materials before Christmas Day or for New Year projects.

Courier Delays During Christmas

Christmas is the busiest time of year for delivery services, and all couriers experience increased pressure. While we work closely with our delivery partners to maintain fast and reliable service, there may occasionally be a couple of extra working days added to your delivery time.

If your order is more than 48 hours late, simply get in touch with us. Our team will contact the couriers on your behalf and update you as soon as we have more information.
